Concerning the "BIG BOUNCE" - NO COMMENT

The Q will definitely be LATE - Reason = Consignment, but its just a guess. Roth is hoping the product takes off in 4th Qtr and REAL POs will then follow. Then the Consignment doesn't matter anything.

The 2nd reason is the actual losses in the 3rd qtr. Could reach $2 Million.
