Did you read the 'warehouse agreement'? I doubt much is needed for office space. I doubt much is needed for assembly at this time due to a very small 'THROUGHPUT'. I think volume is an issue they are hoping for not currently burdened with!
also i think i remember reading in one of the S-1 that they intended to move the 'operation' to Fl. That was before this new agreement though. Dog
