almost The Life Changing holding for me here. almost. but with that said I lead a very simple life these days :)

I spoke with the transfer agent today, Ariel, and she said "their system was down" - so I couldn't verify the share structure for us

I really want to know if they are shooting for an uplisting - I really think they are - that filing was just so complete and perfect - Nasdaq will trade them Internationally with ease and confidence and by my best novice interpretation this company seems worthy.

Isn't the exchange limited to the number of companies it lists? I wonder if their need be a void to fill or is space readily available for qualifying companies?

I was pleased that we held two bucks; I honestly think during that run up we lost a majority of the 48 or so, old holders that hadn't sold at a loss. I can only think that the company/insiders are looking to isolate exterior interest.... Look at my post #505 the advisors/insiders are pro's and in my opinion this seems like they landed a legitimate reverse merger
