(OTCBB: MMRF) today announced that Sunil Singhal has been retained to oversee
development of the Compa ny's proprietary information technologies and help guide
the process of ensuring that MMRGlobal continues to be a leader in innovation
and efficiency in the health IT marketplace.
Mr. Singhal will assist the Company in the management of its information
technology systems for MMRGlobal's lead products, which include the
MyMedicalRecords Personal Health Record, MMRPro, an electronic document
management system for healthcare professionals, and MyEsafeDepositBox, an online
storage solution for the financial and legal services industry.

then, he has held a series of senior technical, business development and
executive management positions with entrepreneurial companies IIS (now Xansa) as
Technical Director and Member of the Board; IMR (now CGI) as Vice President for
Southwest Region and Vice President of Northeast Region; Hexaware as Senior Vice
President for Business Development; and Nihilent as Co-Founder and Chief
Operating Officer of North America. Mr. Singhal has also been involved in issues
relating to Sustainability, Climate Change, SmartGrid, Energy Efficiency and
Carbon Trading.
