It is certainly a good sign that even with him selling 219K shares in 3 weeks, the stock has been moving up. I'd assume he is able to get around that 1% of shares outstanding or average daily trading volume in the past 4 weeks if he sells through a negotiated transaction. That would probably explain the large trades that have been going through below the bid the past few weeks.
I don't mind if he keeps selling, there is more then enough buying interest right now to absorb those shares. Clearly, a fund or funds are starting to find DAAT and are establishing a sizeable position.
I'm really looking forward to guidance soon, I like how Collins is taking his time before announcing it. Last year he hit his 8-10 mil in rev and .18-.20 in EPS perfectly, and with the time he is taking on this year's guidance- I see no reason for him not to be able to hit whatever he announces this year. It just gives a lot more credibility to him and this company.
