I am not sure about huge hidden assets either. If there were any huge hidden assets then it should have been found by now the examiner, Solomon and Susman. There are no indications of such.

One other important thing bothers me is that in the current POR the reorganized WMI is gifted to the creditors who will be already paind in full with the current POR. Then why do anyone gift the new WMI to them? How could a judge approve that? What is the logic behind that?

Anyway. This BK case is full of uncertanities and wrongdoings. I guess after many many years later we might be able to watch a blockbuster movie about what really happened to WMI.
