I'm just baffled strike that we have not heard from Nelson. I don't think Sussman is even really truly involved in WAMU any longer...considering he has not billed as such and he told Gov, when called that he was not even aware of the POR V6 and that he hasn't been following. Then advised Gov to contact Willingham!

I just thought we would have seen a motion here or there or solomon's numbers or whatever he is been working on since Feb or April...

So I'm just kinda like WTF is going on. It's too quiet and messing with my head lol. Either they got this already wrapped up or they were floored like us by the report and are now scrambling around and don't know what to do and will pack it in. I just don't know.

Then what about SH meeting. Can the judge deny us a legal right we have regardless of a settlement or anything else that is going on. It is our corporate governance right that no one can deny us no matter how much shiiiiiiii it will F up! So can she say no to us...is there/has there been a legal precedence to deny a SH meeting with no recourse...Thoughts?
