The BUD application has been made. Don't know about the air permit. But the way it works is they iron out any questions and wording with the DEC BEFORE they file the application......that way when they DO file it, it's pretty much a slam dunk and doesn't take long...since there won't be any need for any back and forth correspondence.....z
