could fish be setting up for a share buy back at .0001 or 2 after selling shares at like.001? I mean, would'nt that be pretty smart if you had the oppurtunity. they would put money in their pockets to finance projects and then put shares back in their pockets at a cheaper cost there for raising the share price at the same time. Are they allowed to do that?
