What happened to new ideas? The product launch? Branding? The retailer?

Does anybody actually still think etc has any future? Are people still falling for the hype?

The etc website is almost identical to what it was on day one. The only difference is they added a phone number(still not sure how the heck they forgot that) and they added 3 pictures of some cabinets installed by glenn's business.

What a joke.
