Another thing you need to learn about these pinksheet companies is that their AS means absolutely nothing. They can increase it at any time, for any reason, without asking or notifying shareholders. So, in effect, they have unlimited AS, but that doesn't matter in this case because the bid is so low they simply can't make enough money to keep their doors open by selling shares.
