whats going on here sahd? This stock came up while scanning for some super depressed china plays - can it really get much more depressed than this and not be on life-support?

I dont know nearly enough yet about the company or the situation behind this drastic downhill slide but on first glance it seems quite interesting. Does anyone have any interest in the company itself or has this just been a chartists and traders play?
