Seemingly lost in all the hoopla over the SEC and criminal cases is the curious case of the canoodle caper. Who remembers this?

Basically, it was three hapless souls robbing Sand of $9K in cash at gunpoint, if I remember it correctly.

They have hearings and conferences up the ying yang, but it is tough to tell from the casual observer's viewpoint exactly what is going on. Can one of you weenies drop in to the next event (10/22/2010 at 8:30 AM) and give us a report?
