If the Russell re-org is causing the recent mkt closes, today was another one. I am seeing a 100 share trade at 3:59:45 @ $2.55. Then there is a "lull?" with trading re-commencing at 3:59:54.

In these last 6 seconds I see 38 trades totaling 51,240 shares, largest of these was 9,690 shares.

I do believe there is something happening behind the curtain & maybe big.....wish I knew for sure even tho I am unable to do any trading. A big, good, news event might do me some good, however.
