I don't think PMDP would be wise to sell the tire converter, which produces the dilution solvent. Doing so would reap a one-time small benefit by comparison to what it could be worth in the long run.

What PMDP needs to do is this:

1. Finish production of some tire converters (a large oil company may be willing to enter a JV to fund construction of several full-sized models).

2. Acquire a contract with a tire landfill so they can get a steady stream of fracking dilution solvent.

3. Acquire a contract with an oil company willing to try the fracking dilution solvent (e.g., #1 above).

4. Send someone to speak before Congress as it considers the fracking issue.

5. Hire at least one PhD chemical expert to publish a paper in a respected journal supporting the claim that their dilution solvent is environmentally and economically better than chemically laced water now being used.
