There may be some confusion. CIRC makes it money off its Cirtran Beverage Corp. a wholly-owned sub. The losses refer to its participation in the LLC which purchases the beverages from the wholly-owned subsidiary.

So CIRC makes money on the manufacturing of the beverages but probably makess nothing or incurs a loss in its capital account in the Playbev LLC which distributes the beverages.
