My "friend" that works at the FDA leaked out this info about the DViS to me. The device works as advertised but there are three concerns.
1. They are waiting for crash test results since this is a mobile device that rad tech's will be bouncing off the walls going from room to room. There is alot of fighting in the group about the need for On Star to be included on board.
2. The gantry wheel spins way to fast to rely on those old drum brakes. An upgrade to an ABS system appears to be in order.
3. The cart wheels are spin balanced but have a low mileage rating. Wheel upgrade is easy, but the group continues to fight over a wheel rotation interval.
Again, this is from my "friend" at the FDA, BUT I really wouldn't trust this inforamtion if I were you.
