Institutional Information...These large players, especially the ones that don't mess with little start-up ventures, don't take the time to sit down with companies to hammer out a warrant price with the intention of shorting the heck out of the PPS. It's like them saying, here is a million dollars to keep you operating and now i'm going to crush your pps and cut off all future outside financing avenues. Why would they give away money and then strangle what they just bought. The answer is they wouldn't. There is only 30 cents to the downside to short and a huge upside to make money. They are in it to stablize the pps and wait for approval. There is very little selling pressure and moderate shorting pressure, pps stabilization for these guys is less expensive and makes more sense than shorting it.
