Bo I agree! Not only has PTSC gotten more than a vote of confidence from AMD(in recognizing PTSC's patent) but also it appears that AMD believes the settlement will go against INTEL by SNAPPING up shares of PTSC and working out deals with them. AMD protected their rights and use of PTSC technology by the deals and also goes to war against INTEL and thier probable(possible) infringement on use of PTSC technology and patents. As the post from sterling stated by his conversation with an officer of PTSC stated "I just recently called and talked with PTSC. I won’t say the person name because I forgot to ask him if it was ok for me to do so, but don’t just believe me, call the company to confirm what I am about to say below to if it is consistent. He told me that they are seeking royalties for their patented technology that was infringed upon by Intel.

I was told by the company that their patented technology applies to every single chip that Intel has sold that is in excess of 120 mega hertz. I was told that this includes every chip that Intel has ever sold since 1998 forward until now to include the ones they are still selling." (STERLING)

So the backing and stregnth of AMD, a needed technology widley used and patented, and a possible mega settlement against Intel !!! A monster in the making.
