Back then there were fewer shares trading in the float (a lot fewer). Then, Penny Stock Chaser (who has now been shut down for doing bad things) ran a very successful pump and dump with BEHL. Today, it would be a lot harder to pull that off since there are so many shares available to buy.

Give us this day our daily bread... and lead us not into temptation (ie don't be a greedy fool)...
