I think Madtig's analysis is fair but as I stated before I3 is not trading normally under this low volume. Over the course of several weeks without news the pps would be hard pressed to move up or down .05. The next high volume day will determine the direction of the pps and determine which direction we are likely to trend. I think that it is fair to say that Madtig has a price in mind (that's why he uses charts, to find entry and exit points) but I don't view his information as vindictive.

Low volume = pps stagnation

Rock solid around .30
