More importantly, imo, is that SLW doesn't have control freak Dennis Wheeler, the king of dilution, running their show!

And run it he does @ CDE, being the Chairman of the Board, the President of the company, as well as the CEO.

It may help your decision somewhat to bear in mind that CDE's current share price is pretty much a result of their last one for ten reverse split.
