He is the PR dude who filled a lot of people up with a lot of BS. He dangled the carrot for months claiming the big news was right around the corner. But it seemed every time there was news it didn't take more than a day for people to figure out it was just fluff PR. I still get a bad taste in my mouth when I read, "EFuel EFN Corp is pleased to announce" bla bla bla....
