Blade, I think only the apx 5 voting members of the EHC and perhaps a few others would have insider info that they could not trade on. I mean, I think most stockholders who sign up for CPRKSA are not privy to that information and responsibility not to trade on it.
(I am not an attorney and this is just my speculation.)
