I think the problem is Frank wants to be in on everything. Remember when he used to write the PRs? He finally gave that to someone else and the quality went way up. I'll bet Frank wanting to do everything is the reason Rassenberger was hired. He realized he couldn't work deals and production/programming so he turned the deal making over. But now that programming is ramping up he wants to be in on all of it and is probably not letting the talent do their job. Someone mentioned here a couple days ago that Frank was still deciding on the make up of On Q Live. I thought we hired someone for that. Jackie said that the new producer is now on board and is hoping things settle down. Maybe that needs to happen with some of the other programming, ie. Liz Taylor and GMGA.
