The tailing pond incident IMO goes right to the top, yeah you can fire underlings at the mine and blame them, but that was a big flop by Fifer. The secondary pond was already supposed to be operational and wasn't. He cut corners and it cost all of us.
This is the shit that worries me about these guys.

I believe gold has further to run and the dollar will decline, but as was seen in today's move in gold PTQ shares don't have to go higher. There are pieces to this puzzle management has to get right for the shares to move higher and to this point they haven't found them. There is no doubt in my mind this operation could be run better by someone other than Fifer. The problem is he isn't going anywhere, unfortunately the credibility issues probably won't either.
