if there is to be a settlement (strike 3), i believe idc would insist that before signing a deal that the 3G lawsuit be dropped, not the "promise" that it would be dropped.

let's keep an eyeball toward the delaware courts. if a withdrawl or dissimal shows up, then things will get real interesting.
