Pinksheets depends on THE COMPANY for accurate and current information, so, IF THE COMPANY provides bad info, or does not update the information on a timely basis, it is the fault of the company, NOT PINKSHEETS.

ANY information which is incorrect, misleading, or just wrong is the fault of the company. That is why 'CURRENT INFORMATION' is important, and why the individual companies are at FAULT for bad info.

Refusal by a company to keep current and accurate information on the site results in a DOWNGRADE.
