Hi Kurt,
I am a investor with CIND. A friend told me that you are working on a industrial hemp license from North Dakota. Could you let me know what your expectations are for your company. I also was wondering what the float is and authorized shares.


We think the outstanding shares are half the stated amount due to extinguishments. I am sorry I did not get back with you sooner. We are working on two properties for the company, a patent mine in Animas Forks, Colorado and a farm in North Dakota. Thanks for your letter. China Industrial Group,Inc,
