I can tell you why I am.

1. I'm underwater by 35% or so. If I have to sell because of an emergency and I need cash, I'll take a beating. I'd like to see the PPS above my cost basis (~.165)so I have a safety net.

2. I just would like confirmation that my DD was correct. :)

Assuming things go well, and no emergencies pop up, I will be holding this for at least a year.
