It doesn't take 6 months to declare you don't own shares!. They should have filed these in the Spring. It's just more sloppy management that got caught by the auditors helping prep for the AIM, IMO.

An adversarial relationship with shareholders is a waste of everyone's time. The journey does not have to be disappointing and uncomfortable.
