I think whoever reads into this extension as meaning something is unnecessarily setting themselves up for a let down. These extensions are routine. And, it is quite likely that IDCC's attorneys simply said to Nokia that we need this month (ie, Jan 27-Feb 27) to devote most of our attention to post-hearing briefs, and thus we would like until mid-march, when the arbitration briefing is complete, to answer the lawsuit. Very, very typical.
