I think now is a pretty good re-entry point since every time it's been down around .12 it's bounced and never really goes below it. Also, as recently as yesterday it was up to .14 so that would be almost a 20% profit pretty quickly if you were looking to flip it. However, with the pending news there is probably more upside and trying to wait and catch it at the absolute bottom is not a good strategy at this point because you may end up chasing it on the way up.
