Stock.. it could be the 25th or like I said any day after the 25th.. depending on which day is good for business transactions...quick research revealed that both 30th and 31st are good days.. this is also the reason.. why VCTY and MMG cannot give exact dates, it depends on the Chinese when they will sign.. what they have suggested is a ball park date.. which makes perfect sense....
