Company officials are still the majority shareholders holding millions. No SEC form 4 has been filed which indicates they sold out.

The only solace here is that they were the primary shareholders and wouldnt broker a deal that would leave them without anything.

What beats me to death is if they are holding shares they would have pumped up the pps and sold into the run before brokering such a deal that gives them only 2 cents/share --- something that they paid as high as 58 cents sometime.

Either they are philanthropists and don't like wealth.

Can someone help me understand this company?
