But what if they don't dilute...just outright cancel commons and reissue new stock. They could still keep 51% control.

Also, sometimes the POR is the first time cancellation of commons is announced. It happened to us at AB_T_.

I am not a basher, but rather am holding a substantial number of shares of this position and if you could provide a good answer to these questions a lot of people will be put at ease and I think this stock would possibly explode with these concerns addressed.
