Can you prove Nic Cons is not diluting another billion shares ontop of the convertibles? perhaps another 2 billion??? no, you cant.

What you can measure is the measure of the man himself. we've already PROVEN him to be a LIAR. And he DOES NOT communicate with shareholders. so, in reality, you have NO IDEA what is going on with the share structure.. he does not file regularly, so you have no clue whether the share structure listed on pinksheets.com is even current or not... none of us do.. the T/A is gagged, so, thats a dead end.. and all you can guarantee is that anything the ceo tells "someone" on the phone is more than likely.. BS.. as in all his other PAST phone calls.
