won't it be a HOOT .. jerry .. if that last 100M issued shows on a
FORM D .. come 9/15/10 .. and even more *funny* would be if the BOD
met last month and authorized EXPH shares to be *bought* back since
the PPS was so *GROSSLY* UNDERVALUED .

The last three times they have bought back shares they have sold them for less than they bought them for.

They can't even do that right.
