To update you on business matters, our quarter financial statements ending June 30, 2010, as we will be profitable. We are targeting releasing the numbers in the next 2 weeks. The announced targeted acquisition of a U.S. company is moving in a forward fashion as Mr. Kuni Misawa, CEO, and the company's counsel, recently visited the targeted company in the state of Florida as part of the standard due diligence process.
