that is possible. However they are doing all the necessary steps to have enough money to pay this SP fee and that was the next step in finalizing the deal. PAYMENT. so maybe this was built up bs to the 99% mark, but i doubt it. The PR said the SP would also have ownership... so maybe whoever that is diluting shares to pay for their "Fee"
