Perhapds IDCC is hoping to resolve NOK before announcing year end numbers because they plan on including the 2004 portion of royalties from NOK in with the 2004 total rev/earnings. Is this possible under GAAP? Would IDCC also revise/restate 2003 numbers? 2002? If not, where would settlement monies for prior years show up on the income statements?

"If its true that the CC is in March than they should also be giving us a pretty good guidance for 1st Q earnings as well which hopefully will be a good number. Still think March is way too late unless they have some really good feeling that they can get some big issues resovled by than, maybe its wishful thinking."
