Funds out of the PRC - I don't think the issues are as big as some have made them out to be. TPI paid dividends, JST continues to pay a dividend, SNP pays a dividend, YZC pays a dividend, CHL pays a dividend, and on and on.

If it weren't possible for chinese companies to pay a dividend, we would be victims of the biggest ponzi scheme in history. It is possible, and many U.S. listed chinese small caps have done it and continue to do it.

There are profitability restrictions, specifically that an unprofitable company cannot pay dividends until it becomes profitable. But none of our companies have that problem.
