Has anyone ever thought that Frank might be making the PR mistakes on purpose? stay with me here... They want to do buy backs.. Low price would be MUCH better.. How could he push the price down a bit? usless PR's Late PR's. If he makes "Mistakes" He isnt really doing anything "Wrong"

Frank isnt stupid. Yet the mistakes are stupid.. Or are they??
