Very good letter, I was thinking about doing something similar but your ideas are much more relevant. Thanks for taking the time to write to him. He won't answer because he can't communicate anything that is not public and I think he has his own advisors; not sure if Kistler is one of them.

MIKP is at a key turning point. The PPS reflects the lack of investors' confidence in the stock. It's going to take a lot to turn this thing around but I don't think it's impossible because I feel that there is a lot going on in the company and a lot to PR about. (I have seen this before...think enzymes)

My thoughts are the same on the aftermatch of a R/S and I have expressed my concerns on this. It takes a lot of momo and stellar PR's to sustain the PPS and eventually for the PPS to start going upward after an R/S which is not easy to achieve even in the best of stocks. Ideally what will happen to the PPS after a R/S is similar to a fighter jet taking off of a battleship. Initial dip and then eventually move higher.

I have heard a lot about toxic shares and the NOBO list was a good try. I think a public offer to purchase them wherever they are is the best solution at this point combined with connections to find out who has how much. It seems that the toxic shares selling is done at this point.

The recent dilution amazed me at how relentless it was. Looking at in a positive light is to think of who bought these shares and and why they bought so much. If they are friends, relatives or a momo firm I highly doubt we will get a R/S. Like many of us, those who have already been burned wouldn't buy as much as was diluted if they knew a R/S was coming.

Have a good weekend everyone!
J.P.
