If PN and DB live in England, Gralla is in Colorado, most of the board live in Nigeria, then why is an office needed in the USA at all? If they just need a domicile then get a very small, inexpensive location for that as only a receptionist should be needed and she could probably stay at home and have all phone calls (how many a day do you think ERHC gets?) transferred there.

When something does need to be handled, do it in England or have a teleconference. Would save a bundle. If a posh meeting place is needed with potential customers, meet at some upscale London location. Just don't see the necessity for a Houston office. Would be interesting to know just how many days a year mgt is in the office. Just another item that makes you scratch your head.

OT: Regarding baseball, I have a friend that has a Roger Maris signed program and ticket from the game he hit the 61st homerun in his record setting year. Roger signed very few items and these are certainly one of a kind. His father was a friend of Phil Rizzuto and Phil is the one who had Roger sign the items for the "kid" in the tunnel leading from the dugout to the locker room. He speaks of Roger in the highest terms as both a baseball player and a person and regards him not being in the Hall of Shame (I mean Fame) as the greatest sin committed by the committee who selects entrants. The world looks upon Mickey Mantle as the Golden Boy and in real life I guess he was sadly not of that calibre, in fact pretty much near the bottom of the barrel from what I have heard from those who had personal contact with him.
