That's exactly what I was thinking as far as a possible R/S.
A guy like Ken, is not going to screw us.
IF he WOULD r/s, then he would do it only when there is revenue and hopefully positive cash flow.
Ken stated in the latest PR "and to be debt-free by the end of 2011"
(that's when he intends to deal with the float, etc, IMHO)

also, now I understand better why he is working on the financials from '08 (was thinking about that today (why? from '08) )

BTW, we traded about 1/4 of billion shares Tuesday and doubled the PPS.
a 1.3 billion float seems to be true also ( everything is true with Ken .... AMAZING for a Pinkie )
