OREX is one to watch in late October.

Oct 22nd marks the (FDUFA) date where Lorcaserin (their obesity drug) will undergo FDA scrutiny. It will be hard to say what will happen on that date, but like I've said before, I really like ARNA's drug for many reasons.

If ARNA gets a thumbs down, I'm sure we'll see a similar take off in OREX that we did in ARNA when Qnexa (VVUS's drug) got booted. ARNA basically doubled after VVUS crashed.

If ARNA gets approved, then there will still be money to be made in OREX just as any pharma company climbs in speculation before they face an FDA approval/FDUFA date.

Of course, if ARNA gets approved then OREX might sell off a bit... this is when I'll be buying OREX shares -- getting the cheapies -- way early enough. OREX doesn't face FDUFA until early 2011, but getting in in late fall ensures that you are in before the speculator crowd.
