I think you are correct on KATX, but not on BVIG since there were few tradeable shares and the dilution did not hit until now. It was distorted and still is somewhat since many of the shares are restricted. Value will come and be based on what the drill results are when the shares are free to trade. Ther will be a ton of specultion between now and then on the tradeable share if results are oststanding or poor. Time will tell. I will just sit on all my shares and let this play out!
