I dont think Chemicorp Inc from FL SOS has anything to do with 2581848 CHEMICORP INTERNATIONAL, INC. from the DE SOS. Its been so long that if they were going to go public with it they probably would have already. Something fell through back then and never got repaired.


The last time I checked DE 2581848 was inactive but it might be worth calling this year to see if anything has changed.
