This sounds like a VERY good deal to me. Here is why-

45gpm = 2057 BPD * 50% = 1028.5 BPD of finished crude

1028.5 BPD * $72 a barrel of oil = $74,052 - $150 operating & maintenance cost

=$73,902 a day = $26,974,230 a year!!!!!!

Now this is assuming they are up and running 24/7/365, so realistically it will be about half of this total once they are in full blow processing mode.
